Each day’s lucky draw is valid on purchases made using the Konga Mobile App on that day.
At the end of the day, a lucky draw will be conducted based on unique email addresses of users who have shopped using the Konga Mobile App during that day.
1 lucky winner will be each be issued a Konga e-Gift Voucher worth N25,000
The winners will be announced via email & Facebook within 7 working days of their purchase date.
The gift voucher can ONLY be used to purchase products listed on Konga
The gift vouchers will have a validity of one year from the date of issue.
In case the customer returns the product on the basis of which they were eligible for the lucky draw, the offer is deemed invalid. In case a product is returned post disbursal of the e-Gift Voucher, the voucher will be void.
The lucky draw is conducted at the sole discretion of Konga. In case of any disputes, the final decision will rest with Konga.
Konga shall not be, in anyway, responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
