TERMS AND CONDITION
1. The competition will be open from the 17th January to the 8th February
2. Entries are limited to 1 per person per day
3. The competition is open to residents of Sub Saharan African countries which receive coverage of SuperSport (defined by DSTV broadcast network) as well as Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt
4. The winner shall have voted for the goal scored during the Orange Africa Cup of Nations, Equatorial Guinea 2015 that CAF deem to be the best goal
5. The winner must have voted via the SuperSport.com campaign webpage through a method specified by SuperSport
6. The winner will be picked at random from the list of registered entries that have voted for the goal CAF decides to be the best. The collation of names and the choosing of the winner shall be handled by SuperSport
7. In the event that CAF choose the best goal to be from the Final (whereby consumers do not have time to vote online before the completion closes after the Final), CAF shall also choose a second best goal so that a winner can be drawn from a consolidated participants list based on votes for the best goal and the second best goal.
8. The winner shall receive a Nissan Qashqai vehicle (exact model to be determined by Nissan)
9. If Nissan Qashqai is not sold in the country of residence of the winner, Nissan reserves the right to offer the prize of an alternative Nissan vehicle of Nissan’s choosing. The alternative vehicle will be confirmed by Nissan after the draw. There will be no other means of prize other than the Nissan vehicle offered.
10. If Nissan sales company does not exist in the country of residence of the winner, there will be a cash prize of USD 10,000 as an alternative
11. The final prize offered is at the discretion of Nissan:
11.1. Prize is a Nissan vehicle itself without additional services attached. However V.A.T. due at the time of vehicle handover will be covered by Nissan
11.2. Nissan shall cover the costs of delivery of the vehicle to the showroom specified by Nissan
11.3. Winner to be responsible for expenses for vehicle registration and any other kinds of expenses required at the time of registration as standard.
11.4. Running costs (including cost of insurance, local road tax, extended warranty and maintenance package etc.) and other kinds of expenses will not be covered as a part of the prize
12. The colour and specification of the vehicle might vary from the model displayed in the marketing material
13. The colour and specification of the car is at Nissan’s discretion. In case the winner wished to upgrade the vehicle grade or get it accessorized, the gap of the vehicle cost, parts, labor or any other kind of additional cost which incurs due to the change have to be paid by the winner. The upgrade or the customization are possible only among available grades in the country and only with Nissan genuine parts
14. Delivery of the prize to be at the main Nissan showroom in the country or at a Nissan showroom in the city of the winner’s residence which Nissan specifies.
15. Nissan will not be responsible for transporting the prize from the country of winner’s residence, submitted to SuperSport at time of entry, to any other country
16. Delivery of a prize vehicle is expected to take place before the end of March 2015 and winner needs to secure his/her availability for the handover event.
17. In the unlikely event that Nissan in a country where Qashqai is sold cannot arrange Qashqai model due to any unforeseen situations, winner will be offered an alternative vehicle of Nissan’s choosing.
18. The winner must be in possession of driving license valid for use in their residential country (the country submitted to SuperSport at time of entry)
19. The winner must supply evidence of their driving license within 48hours of contact from SuperSport or Nissan. If this information is not supplied in the timeframe, SuperSport and Nissan have the right to redraw a new winner
20. If the winner is the recipient of a cash prize due to availability of Nissan sales company in the country, the prize will be transferred to the nominated bank account of their choice. The bank account must be in their name and registered to their address of residence.
21. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person
22. The winner cannot sell the car within 1 year of receiving the car
23. The winner accepts the obligation to attend interviews and photo session organised by Nissan or its agency, and also exposure to media
24. For such appearances, Nissan will cover travel and accommodation costs only
25. Participants must submit accurate information
26. In case discrepancies are identified between information given in English and other languages on GOTT promotion page including this Terms & Conditions, English content is deemed to be correct
27. Nissan employee or its Ad agency members may participate in the program but are not entitled for the prize
