#BustaMoveNG campaign Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is Lenovo Nigeria.
2. The competition is open to all Nigerian residents who are in possession of a valid identity document, except employees of the promoter, their associated companies, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
3. All participants must be over the age of 18 years.
4. This competition is open from 15 – 28 June 2015. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize draws will take place at the end of each week for the duration of the competition period. The Promoters reserve the right to change the date of prize date without notification.
6. Winners will be chosen at the discretion of the promoter.
7. Winners will be required to collect their devices from Lenovo Nigeria’s offices in Lagos.
8. To enter the competition the participants must upload a video, photo collage or image of themselves dancing to their favourite song using the hashtag #BustAMoveNG. Entries are valid through Facebook and must include the #BustAMoveNG hashtag. All participants must like the Lenovo Nigeria Facebook page to qualify. Entries which contain the song they are busting a move to, either heard audibly or written with the entry will be favoured
9. The winners will be notified via Facebook the Tuesday after each week. If, however, they cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules.
10. Entrants stand a chance of winning one of four Lenovo A319 smartphones. Two winners will be chosen from all the entries received on Facebook each week. Four prizes are up for grabs for the duration of this competition – two per week.
11. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images and videos taken by entrants for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the entrant.
13. The competition organisers will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the prizes.
14. In the event that the prize/s are/is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
15. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and promoters.
16. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
17. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
